Always keeping you informed – Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Items ship as they become available, and you will receive a Shipment Notification email. You can also view the most up-to-date order status 24 hours a day by logging in to FancyBugs.com with your designated username and password. From there, you will be able to view information and history about your order, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped.

We may contact you via email or telephone if:

  • we require further information from you to process your order
  • we need to make changes to your order (e.g. availability dates, product upgrades...)
  • we encounter problems during delivery

Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel. Once your order has been cancelled, any sum debited from your payment card by us will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible. If cancelled orders are erroneously delivered to you, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.


The shipping timeframe is an estimate of how long it takes an item to leave our warehouse after you place your order. The items on your order will ship as they become available. We always aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours, meaning that all items are estimated to ship the same or following business day.

The delivery timeframe is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships. The estimated delivery date depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout. We do not guarantee the delivery time, and delays can occur if there are billing and availability issues. In these cases customers will be notified. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause more delays beyond original delivery estimates.

When you select expedited express shipping, your item will take the same amount of time to prepare for shipment, but will expedite the time it takes to deliver to your doorstep.

Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year and if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible via email.

All estimates are based on business days.


Once the item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the Checkout page determines when shipped items will deliver to your shipping address.

The FancyBugs Online Store offers a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Worldwide Standard Shipping (Registered Airmail) - Free on orders over $150. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order and destination.
  • Worldwide Expedited Express Shipping - Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order and destination. Service is currently provided by DHL Express and affiliated carriers.

For security reasons, our deliver service companies are required to obtain a signature upon delivery. If you will not be available to sign for your shipment, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. If you choose to deliver to your office, please include the business name in the shipping address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address

No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses. Failure to provide a physical address will delay your shipment.


FancyBugs offers free standard worldwide shipping on orders over $150.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order on the FancyBugs Online Store. Shipping costs vary based on weight, shipping method and destination.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster, expedited delivery (such as 2-Day or 1-Day Expedited Express Delivery) at minimum fees.

You will receive a Shipment Notification email for each shipment with the delivery service company’s name and tracking information, if available.

International shipping costs do not include duties, taxes, or other import fees. Regardless of the country you are shipping to, you will have to pay duties and taxes to the delivering company if they apply. Please check with your local government or an import agency to estimate the amount you will be charged by them.


We ship anywhere where our delivery service companies deliver. Although they ship to many countries all over the world, some importation and billing policies can be too difficult to work with and we might not ship to these countries. If your country is not listed in the countries list for your billing/shipping address in the checkout, we regretfully cannot accept an order from you. If your country is listed but you could not get a shipping quote, please contact us for alternative arrangements or email us at online@fancybugs.com


As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email. You can then login to your account page at FancyBugs Online Store to track your order. To track your order, click Order History and click the tracking number link to track your package on the delivery service company’s website.


If you are not at home when the delivery service company attempts to deliver your order, the delivery service company will leave a card. You can contact the delivery service company directly for a new delivery appointment during working hours at a suitable date and even amend your delivery address.

If your order has passed the scheduled delivery date in the delivery service company’s website, please contact FancyBugs Customer Happiness Team. We will investigate with the appropriate company and strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.
