Will FancyBugs Decorative Wall Stickers leave a residue when removed? Or damage paint?
No, FancyBugs Decorative Wall Stickers will not leave any residue on your surface after taking it off. Though we have complete confidence that the adhesive material we use for our Wall Stickers will not damage paint, do notice that every wall and surface has been prepared differently, and due to the nature of stickers we cannot say across the board that some paint flecking will not occur. You may notice paint flecks on the back of the stickers when removed and some minor paint touch up may be required.

FancyBugs Decorative Wall Stickers are perfect for temporary applications but if you take care of it (i.e. keep the adhesive backing free of dust, fibers or dirt , avoid getting fingerprints on the adhesive, not reposition many times), generally, they will last for years. Do keep your FancyBugs Decorative Wall Stickers away from direct sunlight and heat sources as heat can release the adhesive and cause the stickers to peel up.

I bought my FancyBugs Decorative Wall Stickers, what to do now?

Reading the instructions will save you time and potential errors although FancyBugs Decorative Wall Stickers are easy to apply. But basically, plan your design and start spicing up your living space.

What type of surface can FancyBugs Decorative Wall Stickers be applied on?
Though we call it Wall Stickers they are not confined to just walls. You can stick them onto any smooth surface such as mirrors, acrylic shower walls, glass doors, window panes, ceramic tiles in kitchens, bathroom tiles, glasses , wardrobes, home appliances, etc,  just to name a few. For textured, rough, bumpy or newly painted surface FancyBugs Decorative WALL ART Stickers are difficult to apply and may not adhere properly. FancyBugs is not responsible if the WALL ART Stickers applied to a rough textured surface do not stick.

I recently painted my walls, how long should I wait before applying FancyBugs Decorative Wall Stickers?
If you just painted walls your walls, do not apply any FancyBugs Decorative Wall Stickers until the paint has had significant time to cure – we would recommend 3-5 weeks. We know - it takes patience, but it’s better than applying FancyBugs Decorative Wall Stickers to a wet wall. If you apply the wall stickers before the paint is fully cured, the stickers will either have trouble adhering to the wall and fall off or the adhesive will dry to the paint and when you remove the stickers, paint may come off with the stickers.

Are there surfaces for which FancyBugs is NOT recommended?
Absolutely. Don’t even try applying FancyBugs Decorative Wall Stickers to strongly textured surfaces like stucco. Not only will FancyBugs Decorative Wall Stickers not stick but also the rough texture will most likely puncture the stickers.

How easy it is to remove FancyBugs Decorative Wall Sticker?
Removing FancyBugs Decorative Wall Stickers is simple. Pick at an edge with your fingernail and slowly peel the wall stickers off your surface. It’s just like removing any other type of stickers. If you have applied your graphics to a less porous surface like glass, give FancyBugs Decorative Wall Stickers a blow-dry (set on low heat) to warm it up. This will release the adhesive and make it even easier to peel off. Poof! And it is back to new. Keep in mind, the less porous the surface the more effort it will take to remove FancyBugs Decorative Wall Sticker.

I applied FancyBugs Decorative Wall Sticker in the wrong place, can I remove the sticker and reuse them?
Yes. FancyBugs Decorative Wall Stickers are reusable - just peel the Wall Stickers off your surface and stick them on again. When you are to reposition the stickers, go back to “Step 1 – Prepare your Surface” of the Application Guidelines. Be gentle and do not rush when doing this.

During the application, I got odd bubbles and wrinkles in the FancyBugs Decorative Wall Sticker, how do I cure them?
For wrinkles, slowly peel the FancyBugs Decorative Wall Stickers at the edge nearest to the wrinkle. When you reach the wrinkle, straighten it and pull firmly down to re-stick the FancyBugs Decorative Wall Stickers.

If there are bubbles trapped in the FancyBugs Decorative Wall Stickers, use a credit card or similar to push the bubbles out. If that is not possible, try to push as many bubbles as possible into 1 location. Then use a pin or needle to poke a tiny hole in the bubble and push the air out. The hole should be hardly visible.

I have had problem with stickers peeling off, do yours do this?
Despite following all the application guidelines correctly, very occasionally some surfaces reject the WALL ART Stickers and they do not stay adhered. This can be due to many factors; exposure to moisture, fluctuating temperatures, dust, fibers or dirt, or the level of pigment in the wall paint used. If this does occur, please Contact Us immediately to discuss a solution.

We are moving house, can I take the stickers with me?
Yes, carefully peel the FancyBugs Wall Stickers off the wall and place on grease-proof baking paper. Then take to your new house and re-apply. Remember to follow the application guidelines at the back of the packaging.

Where does my order come from?
Once your order is placed, it drops into our delivery planning system and is picked and delivered from our central distribution warehouse in Malaysia. We do not deliver any online orders from FancyBugs retail stores.

How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes your carrier, a carrier tracking number, and, if available, an estimated delivery date. International Orders

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do. Our online store accepts orders around the world. However, we currently only accept payment through PayPal. During checkout, you will be advised the International shipping quote which will not include duties, taxes, or other import fees. Regardless of the country you are shipping to, you will have to pay duties and taxes to the delivering company if they apply. Please check with your local government or an import agency to estimate the amount you will be charged by them.

Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere where our delivery service companies deliver. Although they ship to many countries all over the world, some importation and billing policies can be too difficult to work with and we might not ship to these countries. If your country is not listed in the countries list for your billing/shipping address in the checkout, we regretfully cannot accept an order from you. How do I know if my payment has gone through?
When you submit your payment details, the iPay88 payment service will request authorization from your Card Issuer and carry out any fraud screening checks on v4Tickets.com. Depending on the outcome of the authorization request, you will see either a successful or a failed message on screen which will confirm the result of your transaction.
 
A successful payment will also be confirmed by email. This email will include the details of your purchase and your Transaction ID, which is a unique reference for your payment, and should be quoted on any correspondence with FancyBugs online store. It will be sent by iPay88 to the email address you have provided when entering your payment details.

If you receive more than one email and you have only made one purchase, please contact online [at] FancyBugs.com and inform us that you have placed multiple orders by mistake. We will arrange a refund if necessary.

Why my payment was declined?
This could be for many different reasons. However, iPay88 is not informed of the exact reason why the transaction has been declined. Reasons why your payment was declined include:

  • Some of the card/personal details entered does not match the information held by your Card Issuer
  • You do not have enough cleared funds on your card to cover the amount of the purchase
  • Your card has been reported as lost/stolen and been cancelled by your Card Issuer
  • Your card has or is due to expire and has been replaced by your Card Issuer
  • Your card has recently been replaced by your Card Issuer but not yet activated
  • Your card cannot be used to pay for goods/services in a Cardholder-Not-Present environment (online/over the internet)
  • There may be a problem with your Card Issuer’s authorization system
  • You haven't activated 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) of your card

Some troubleshooting credit and debit card payment errors:

  • If your card is new or recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.
  • Double check the card type (for example, American Express), the account number and expiration date.
  • Remove dashes or spaces from the account number.
  • If everything seems to be correct, call the card issuer's customer service 800 number on the back of your card. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase.

If you are sure that one of the reasons above does not apply to your payment attempt, we recommend that you try again. However, should the problem persist, please contact your Card Issuer to find out further information.
