We stand behind our product 100%. Materials are manufactured under careful quality control and are warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship. If you received an item that's been damaged at the time of sale please let us know immediately and we will replace it at no cost. You can simply return it to us unused and in original (damaged or not) condition, original packaging, within 14 days of the date you received the item (30 days for International Orders). Before returning, please contact us at online [at] fancybugs.com within 14 days from date of receipt to request a Goods Return Authorisation (GRA) Number.  Returns will NOT be accepted without a GRA Number. Your authorisation number and order number must be shown on the outside of your returned package. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs including duty, tax, and insurance charges, if applicable.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns not purchased online through our retail stores and vice versa. We cannot accept returns on special order items, SALE items, clearance items and discontinued at time of purchase items (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

At FancyBugs, we always strive to offer our customers a piece of mind shopping experience and deliver products that are of a quality that is second to none. More importantly we love our customers to love our products. With this in mind. we do not want you owning something that you do not like, or unhappy with the chosen design for whatever reason, you can simply return it to us undamaged, unused and in original condition, original packaging and good sellable condition within 14 days of the date you received the item (30 days for International Orders) and we will be happy to replace the purchased item with another item of the same value or lower at our own discretion. Returns Procedure

Step 1: Please email our customer services team at online [at] fancybugs.com to obtain a Goods Return Authorisation (GRA) Number. You will need to provide full details of your customer online order number, which is provided in the documentation that arrives with your order, together with details of the items you wish to return. Please indicate clearly whether the item(s) is for return, replacement or exchange.  If you want to exchange the goods please state clearly which item you would like in exchange. Exchange Item must be of the same value or lower at our own discretion.

Step 2: Once you have received your GRA, together with our customer online order number, include it with the following address (as indicated here):

Please remember that in order for the return to be processed you must ensure that Goods Authorisation Number and customer online order number must be shown on the outside of your returned package and that the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them.

Step 3: Please return your package by recorded/registered delivery with insurance (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) and obtain proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

Step 4: All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your return, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your return, replacement or exchange to be processed.

Refunds

All sales are final. Goods sold after complete processing/dispatch are not refundable. However, please read our No-Question-Asked Returns, Replacements, and Exchanges Policy above if you would like to exchange or replace your purchased goods.

However, there are circumstances we may refund your purchase. If after we have confirmed your order we discover any unforeseen reason as to why we cannot complete it, we will cancel your order, in full or in part, and advise you by email, text or phone call, and refund when necessary.

Once your order has been cancelled, any sum debited from your payment card or other payment method by us will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible. If cancelled orders are erroneously delivered to you, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

We carefully monitor returns and in some cases returns made or without a receipt may be refused. FancyBugs reserves the right to deny any return.
